DESIGN SYNERGY OPEN STUDIO

Discover an emerging design studio in the inner city, where creatives and the community have a platform to host private events, exhibits, workshops and collaborative meetings. Visitors will be treated to a showcase of interior design art created in collaboration with local interior designers and take part in two interactive workshops. Facilitated by interior designers, these workshops will dive into the profession and how it intersects with various disciplines along with the interior design process. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about interior design elements, discover their own personal style, and create a mood board.

Saturdays, September 16th and 23rd from 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Art Inspired Design

Interior Designers will discuss the elements and process of design during an interactive workshop. Select artwork to inspire your design style, review product samples and learn how to create a digital mood board using Canva with your phone, tablet or laptop.

Discover Your Style

Interior Designers will discuss various design styles, and encourage you to explore global culture and define your unique style. Gather examples of things you like, and choose your favorite method to save images from online. Name your style. Expand your perspective.
